Can anyone recommend a forum for friendly html/design/code help and input and community?

With my new job and all I'm needing a place I can ask hi-tech questions and just wondered if any of ya'll have a favorite.

EDIT: Alex, I'm looking through your links. Rockin'! Do you have any suggestions for dhtml menu builder that uses graphics? Also, free? Need.
