Just shipped off a couple international packages. I had estimated the shipping rates last week before Monday's rate change. I figgered it was just like any other rate hike. But no!
Apparently there is no longer First-Class International rate for dutiable packages (key words here are package and dutiable. Flat envelopes of duty-free material are the exception). All international shipping for loot goes Priority, EMS or Global Express. o_0 And that means that you need to fill out the big, white customs form.

Wah, our cheap shipping is gone! Also, domestic Priority has gone up. If you're selling or buying stuff, I recommend you read up and take stuff to your post office if you're unsure! I'll be updating my sales thread.
