Location: Ward for Young Ladies of Uncertain Habits

Profile: Ginevra has led a hard life. Typical of young rural beauties, she fled to the big city to seek her fortune and instead found cruelty, poverty and abuse at the hands of impecunious strangers. We found her pale and exhausted, curled up on our porch swing and took her in to try to nurse her back to health and clean living. However, old habits die hard, and she's frequently found sneaking out to the honky tonks and art house cafés or sneaking strange substances stuffed into her coat pockets.

About: Ginevra is a modified F05 old skin beauty white volks optional head. The head originally looked like this. Mr. Kallisti executed considerable modifications to carve out the eyes, and create the inner eye wells that hold the glass eyes. I think she came out splendidly. She's currently inhabiting Fifi's original SD13 body. We don't have current plans to get her a body of her own. I think instead I will invest in the largest collection of blonde and white wigs known to man.

Profile: Another aquarius, Ondine is a bit on the mysterious side. She's not entirely trouble, but she has her mischevious moments.

Orphaned long ago, passed from home to home, we found her stealing peaches and selling them to strangers in our yard. We punished her by making her bake us pies forever. This makes her sad.

About: Ondine Alice is a hybrid. She's a Hypermaniac Ksy head on a Volks SD13 Jun body. The original hyperdolly Ksy is a bit taller and stronger build than Volks SD13's. So I think the general consensus was that her head would be giant in comparison to Volks. Which isn't the case at all! At 9" she's actually smaller than Volks' classic SD like Mimi (my Fifi). Fifi's wigs swim on Ondine's head! She looks much younger on the more petite sd13 (compared to the Ksy body), but not out of proportion at all. Hyperdolly's coloring is a bit pinker than Volks' pale peach. But the hue is similar so a little bit of blushing about the neck and fingers will render it more or less irrelevent.

Profile: We caught Saint Trinian barefoot and crawling in through the cat door to try and steal cigarettes. We'd been wondering where they had all been going!

The wee girl is an absolute treasure, and she knows it. She smokes too much and dresses wonderfully in vintage doll clothes (with a few pins and tucks), and idolizes her older siblings. She's the baby, but don't let her sweet face cajole you into giving in. She's more trouble than she lets on!

About: U-Noa Quluts by Gentaro Araki seem to be very sought after dolls. Produced in very limited numbers in twice yearly (so far) pre-orders, as soon as the pre-order period is over they double in price. I was lucky enough to be able to place my order in September of 2005, though I had to make some pretty stiff sacrifies to do so. I had to wait nearly five months for her to be manufactured, and sent to me as a kit from Japan through a third party shopping agent. O, but it was worth the wait. Although a bit more crudely produced than the other dolls, as they are produced solely by the artist, Lusis is definately the most beautifully sculpted of all my dolls. She is exquisite! And at 16" tall, so delicate!
