Woo, that's quite different. Certainly not in a bad way.
Outfit ideas? Hm... Well, you can turn many different ways... Gothic Lolita with the black theme (hehe XP ) comes to mind for me. Frills, frills, frills. Ooo. Mana-inspired outfits. Perhaps recent Mana (from Moi dix Mois. Check out his stuff! ^^ ). Frock coats, top hats, frilly blouses, lace lace lace. And poisoned lollipops would be a nice feature.
