Aieeeeeeeee! Helina just confirmed that she should be able to get me a Momolita Jenny, due to be released in limited numbers in December by Club67. I was so sad to miss Punk Girl Licca a few years ago!

Finally! I knew that if I just waited long enough that HLJ.com would get in the Alice & Heidi Rune Dolls. They started showing up on YJP so I've been antsy to bring them home.

So my 1/6th doll collecting has split along two very distinct lines: Gothic & Lolita, and Fairy Tale. I love it. Someday I will have a way of displaying them all attractively in a dust free environment :p for now they rotate in and out of a tiny glass cabinet and la Casa Formica.

On the puppy front: omg I love my dog! Butter seems to be coming along really nicely. We had a really big weekend. Lots of long neighborhood walks. Laura came over with the lovely Gus (a gigantic brindle/akita/whatever mix) last weekend and this to take us to Pt. Isobel, a huge and gorgeous off leash dog park that is just down the road from us. Laura knows dogs and can navigate the crazy dog people, so she is Butter's godmother. Last weekend Butter was all growly at everyone. This weekend she was awesome. She played good curious doggy and didn't growl at anyone. I'm not letting her off leash yet as "come" doesn't come naturally. But I was so proud. And Gus is a really good role model as he's the perfect dog. We also met another Chihuahua/Italian Greyhound mix. We saw him from across the park, he looked just like butter except w/ a bright ginger coat, a bit larger, and the tips of his ears flopped. We chatted with the owners and marvelled at our dog's similarities.

I still think dog people are crazy, so much noise and fuss! I get overwhelmed a bit by it all, the anxiety doesn't help. But this is fun and I'm getting out and about more, which is awesome.

I just got a new momoko today. rawr. OMG, I love her *falls over*

I'm thinking of adding a category of chamber pots in art & literature to the blog. I've been meaning to do a perma-gallery forever but just don't have the time to even update my old hobbies. So I thought maybe a random collection of images and book references posted to the blog might spice things up a little. Not scatalogical at all. Just intimate and old timey. Weeeeeeeeeeee!

Time to check out what's new at Azone. Oh look! It's bee girl!

They're putting out cute stuff for Pure Neemo, which I imagine was Azone's answer to the Volks Customize Figure kits (blush: I still need to make mine. eep!). These of course would also look fab on Blythe, except for the headgear, of course.

Also included this month are kitty girl outfits. I think Cat Boy Chris will need a little kitty fairy. Eeeeeeeeeep! Mebbe a Momoko on a Volks dollfie body.

"it is raining momokos... " from an email received this morning from Rudi letting me know that Snow White is finally in (yaayayayay!) and to pay up or die XD

So, I had to check it out. And it is! It is raining Momokos!

First off, my beloved Snow White is in. Sekiguchi added an English section and she's listed under "collaboration" and the artist is... Kunie Kanbara! No wonder she's so fantastic! Which led me to the other collaborative Momoko... Kana!

Sigh. It has been like this ALL month, the rainiest March in San Francisco since 1904. Not very conducive to happy dolly spraying. Praise be to Mercy for being an understanding sweetie.

On another note:

Deadline was the 26th. I saw them on the 27th but Helina let me squeak by for the fairy tale set (cuz I'm a suckah!). Jenny-land.com, as always.

And did you see? They finally posted the full Momoko Snow White set, so gorgeous! Should be expecting her in April, along with the Jenny's Club White Rabbit Marine and Kitty Nanako. It was the dead mouse that super sold me on that one.

But as soon as I ordered it went "out of stock" again. I waited too long to order it last time, I wanted it for Ondine. Mwowr. Anyone familiar with Luts ordering to reassure me that I placed my order?

Also, and I don't know why I'm just checking now, but the Sekiguchi Momokos are available on HLJ.com! They have Pink Poodle in stock right this very second. And I preordered "lovely folklore." Mmmm-Momoko!
